中伦律师事务所近日迎来卫玮律师以合伙人身份加盟其深圳办公室。加入中伦前， 她曾在君泽君律师事务所担任合伙人。

卫律师专注于私募股权和投资基金领域逾十年，在私募股权投融资、基金设立运营、资产证券化和信托服务领域有着丰富的实务经验。此外，卫律师还围绕大湾区融合发展的法律服务需求，致力跨境法律服务的积极探索。

这是中伦今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Zhong Lun adds PE expert in Shenzhen

Zhong Lun Law Firm has hired private equity expert Wei Wei as a partner in its Shenzhen office. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Wei was a partner at JunZeJun Law Offices.

Wei has over 10 years of experience in private equity and investment funds, she focuses on private equity investment and financing, fund establishment and operation, asset securitization, and trust services. In addition, Wei also focuses on the legal service needs of the Greater Bay Area and is committed to actively exploring cross-border legal services.

This is the firm's first batch of partner-level hires this year.
