中伦律师事务所近日迎来刘春城律师、周艳律师以合伙人身份分别加盟其深圳、上海办公室。

刘律师专注于中国内地资本市场、私募股权和投资基金、诉讼仲裁。在加盟中伦前，刘律师曾在天元律师事务所担任合伙人。他曾为数十家公司就境内外IPO、重大资产重组等项目提供法律意见，涉及医疗健康、零售和消费品、工业和制造业等行业。

这是中伦深圳办公室继今年4月迎来合伙人邓磊律师后的又一项合伙人级别招聘。

周律师专注于基金设立与投资、收购与兼并、资本市场业务。此前，她曾在植德律师事务所担任合伙人。周律师曾协助多家私募股权设立投资基金，并曾为十余家公司的重组及境内外上市提供法律意见。

这是中伦上海办公室今年来的第一起合伙人级别招聘。

Zhong Lun adds private equity partners in Shenzhen and Shanghai

Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently hired Liu Chuncheng and Zhou Yan as partners respectively in its Shenzhen and Shanghai offices.

Liu’s practice focuses on China domestic capital market, private equity and investment funds, and litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Liu was a partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm. He has advised a few companies on domestic and foreign IPOs and asset restructuring, involving healthcare, retail, and manufacturing industries.

This is Zhong Lun Shenzhen office’s another partner-level hiring since the joining of Deng Lei in April.

Zhou was a partner at Merits & Tree before joining Zhong Lun. She focuses on the establishment of funds, investment, M&A, and capital market. Zhou has advised a few private equities on the setting up of funds, and has advised a number of companies on restructuring, and foreign and domestic IPO.

This is Zhong Lun Shanghai office’s first partner-level hiring this year.
