方达律师事务所近日迎来并购与私募股权律师Mark Lehmkuhler以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室，加盟方达前，Mark曾任奥睿律师事务所香港办公室合伙人。

Mark在亚洲拥有近20年执业经验。根据方达的一份新闻稿，他专注于处理跨境并购与私募股权交易，特别在科技、金融、能源、医疗、生命科学与基础设施行业拥有丰富经验，曾参与过中信资本以8.9亿美元收购亚信科技等重大交易。

“Mark的到来将进一步增强我们在跨境并购和私募股权领域的整体实力，为更多中国企业提供跨境并购和投资业务方面高水准的服务。”方达律师事务所管委会主任周志峰律师表示。

Mark是方达香港办公室的第21名合伙人。近期，前美国凯易律师事务所基金业务合伙人张钺加盟方达，去年，美国谢尔曼思特灵律师事务所整个香港资本市场团队在罗德源律师的带领下也加入了方达。

Fangda strengthens M&A, PE practice with hire from Orrick in Hong Kong

Fangda Partners has hired M&A and private equity lawyer Mark Lehmkuhler as partner in its Hong Kong office from Orrick, where he was a previous partner.

Mark has practiced in Asia for nearly two decades, specializing in M&A and private equity transactions with a particular focus on technology, financial services, energy, healthcare, life sciences and infrastructure. He has acted for CITIC Capital’s $890 million buyout of AsiaInfo-Linkage.

 “Mark’s expertise will enhance our existing team’s cross-border M&A and PE capabilities and enable us to offer our current and future clients a service that is second to none.” stated Jonathan Zhou, Chair of Fangda Partners.

Fangda Partners now has 21 partners in its Hong Kong office. Recently, it has added investment funds partner Zhang Yue from Kirkland & Ellis and before that, the entire Hong Kong capital markets team from Shearman & Sterling led by Colin Law also joined Fangda.
