海问律师事务所近日迎来严波律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。严律师曾于2010年至2014年期间在海问工作，此次重返海问前，他曾任安理国际律师事务所高级律师。

根据海问的一份新闻稿，严律师的主要执业领域为房地产投资、并购、不良资产处置等。海问评论道：“严律师的回归将在拓展海问房地产业务的同时，进一步壮大海问并购领域的队伍。”

海问今年来在其上海、北京及香港办公室相继迎来高级别律师加盟。5月，其北京办公室迎来封锐律师以合伙人身份加盟，上海办公室迎来刘鹏律师以资深顾问身份加盟；7月，陈嘉信律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。

Haiwen hires back real estate expert from A&O

Haiwen & Partners has recently hired Yan Bo as partner in its Shanghai office. Yan joined Haiwen in 2010, before he left for Allen & Overy in 2014, where he was a senior associate.

Yan specializes in real estate investment, M&A, and disposal of non-performing assets. “The return of Yan Bo will further develop our real estate business while strengthening our M&A team”, Haiwen commented in one press release.

Haiwen has had several lateral hires this year in its Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices. In May, it hired Feng Rui as partner in Beijing and Liu Peng as senior counsel in Shanghai. Then in July, capital market expert Philip Chan joined as partner in Hong Kong.
