炜衡律师事务所上海分所近日迎来高级合伙人金代文加盟，金律师此前曾在北京隆安律师事务所上海分所担任合伙人。

金代文律师的执业领域为资本市场、融资并购、投资金融，以及公司法。他主办并参与过多起企业并购重组、基金发行、上市融资案件，曾为上海合恩医疗科技公司首轮融资及成都泉源堂公司资产重组提供专项法律服务。

此外，金律师也常年为多家中资、外资企业提供上市融资、基金设立等法律顾问服务，服务公司包括江苏凯嘉橡胶公司、苏州润阳光伏科技公司及上海思贤信息技术公司等。

W&H Lawyers hires cap markets, M&A partner in Shanghai from Long An 

Wei Heng Law Firm (W&H Lawyers) has hired capital markets and corporate/M&A lawyer Jin Daiwen as a senior partner in Shanghai from Long An Law Firm. 

Jin specialises in M&A, funds and IPO. Key work has including acting on healthcare company H-Grace’s series A financing round, the reorganization of pharmacy company Quan Yuan Tang’s assets.

Founded in 1995, W&H has nine offices across China, including in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanning, Xi'an, Xiamen and Tianjin. It has a headcount of more than 400 lawyers.
