卓纬律师事务所近日迎来反垄断专家侯妮妮律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

侯律师的执业领域为反垄断，在经营者集中申报方面具有丰富的经验。加入卓纬之前，她曾在海问律师事务所工作。

卓纬在一份新闻稿中表示，侯律师的加入将扩大该所在长三角地区的影响力，推动其专业化、一体化、国际化发展。

这是卓纬今年引入的第三位合伙人级别律师。

Chance Bridge bolsters antitrust practice in Shanghai

Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently added antitrust expert Hou Nini as a partner in its Shanghai office.

Hou focuses on antitrust, and she has extensive experience in operator concentration reporting. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, she worked at Haiwen & Partners.

Chance Bridge addressed in a press release that the addition of Hou will expand the firm's influence in the Yangtze River Delta region and promote its professionalization, integration, and international development.

This is the third batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
