史密夫斐尔律师事务所近日迎来私募基金专家Benjamin Lohr律师以合伙人身份回归并加入其香港办公室。

Lohr律师专注于基金和资产管理领域，在代理有限合伙人、一般合伙人、私募二级市场交易和一般资产管理事务方面拥有丰富经验。回归史密夫斐尔之前，他曾在高伟绅律师事务所工作。

史密夫斐尔在一份新闻稿中表示，Lohr律师的加入是该所致力于发展私人资本这一全球战略重心的最新人才发展举措。

这是史密夫斐尔在今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。

HSF adds private funds expert in Hong Kong

Herbert Smith Freehills has recently welcomed private funds lawyer Benjamin Lohr as partner in its Hong Kong office.

Lohr specializes in funds and asset management, with broad experience of LP and GP representation, secondary transactions, and general asset management matters. Prior to coming back to HSF, he worked at Clifford Chance.

In a press release, HSF stated that the addition of Lohr is the company's most recent talent development initiative in the firm's commitment to developing a private capital strategy.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in 2024.
