君合律师事务所近期迎来两位企业退出业务专家刘正东、李成浩律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海分所。此前，刘律师和李律师均执业于上海市君悦律师事务所，分别担任首席合伙人、合伙人。

刘律师在企业退出、房地产、国有资产保护、政府法律顾问等方面具有丰富的执业经验，曾成功代理过大量土地使用权转让、房地产合作开发、建设工程以及公司投资、国有资产转让等诉讼与仲裁案件，并领衔办理数十件企业强制清算、企业破产管理人案件及企业自行清算、企业债务重组或预重整项目。刘律师现还担任最高人民检察院民事行政诉讼监督案件专家委员会委员、中华全国律师协会常务理事、上海市破产管理人协会会长等职。

李律师专长于破产领域，自2007年起承办企业破产案件，领衔担任了数十个破产/强制清算案件中的管理人负责人、清算组组长等职务，累计处置资产负债总额近百亿元，接待破产债权人逾千名。李律师现还担任最高人民检察院民事行政案件咨询专家、上海市破产管理人协会破产清算业务研究委员会主任及财务管理与会员服务委员会副主任、上海市律师协会破产与不良资产业务研究委员会副主任等职。

这是君合继今年1月迎来董箫、赵慧丽律师后的又一批合伙人级别引入。

JunHe adds two experts of business exit in Shanghai

JunHe has hired Liu Zhengdong and Li Chenghao, two experts in business exit, in its Shanghai branch from MHP Law Firm, where Liu and Li practiced as chief partner and partner, respectively.

With extensive experience in advising on the exit of enterprises, real estate affairs, the protection of state-owned assets, and government affairs, Liu has represented clients in a number of litigation and arbitration cases concerning the transfer of land use rights, cooperation in real estate development, construction works, corporate investments and the transfer of state-owned assets, and he has taken the lead in handling dozens of cases regarding compulsory liquidation and bankruptcy administrations as well as projects of voluntary liquidation, debt restructuring or prepackaged reorganization. Additionally, Liu is currently serving as a member of the Expert Committee on Cases of Supervision over Civil and Administrative Proceedings of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, a standing director of the All-China Lawyers Association, and the president of the Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators.

Li specializes in the field of bankruptcy and began to undertake enterprise bankruptcy cases in 2007 as a member of the administrator team. Li has acted as the administrator lead or the liquidation group leader in dozens of bankruptcy/compulsory liquidation cases with an aggregate of nearly 10 billion yuan of assets and liabilities being disposed of and with more than 1,000 creditors being served. He also acts as an expert consultant on civil and administrative cases of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the director of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Business Research Committee and the deputy director of the Financial Management and Membership Service Committee of the Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators, as well as the deputy director of the Bankruptcy and Non-Performing Assets Business Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

This is JunHe’s second batch of partner-level hire since adding Author Dong and Vicky Zhao in January.
