这是君合继今年11月迎来合伙人张宏律师后的又一项重要横向招聘。
JunHe adds partner in Guangzhou
JunHe has hired Wang Jiedong, an expert in intellectual property, dispute resolution, commercial and criminal cases, as a partner in its Guangzhou office from Lusheng Law Firm, where he was the lead of litigation business based in Guangzhou.
Wang has provided legal services regarding intellectual property (IP) management and protection for a number of multinational enterprises. He has successfully dealt with many influential IP cases, including a series of cases involving infringement of the right to exclusive use of certification trademarks and stereoscopic trademarks, infringement of the copyright of stereoscopic fine arts works and infringement of trade secrets. In addition, Wang has experience in corporate compliance and criminal risk prevention and control, and constantly provides clients with relevant legal consulting service and training.
The addition of Wang is another important lateral hiring by JunHe since adding partner Zhang Hong in November.
