君合律师事务所近日迎来基金专家刁丽娜律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。加入君合前，刁律师曾执业于中伦律师事务所。

刁律师在私募基金领域深耕多年，在各类私募基金的设立及投资、资产管理、基金存续期间的运营合规、份额转让、基金投资、退出及清算等领域积累了丰富的实战经验，基金类型涉及PE/VC基金、产业基金、房地产基金、艺术品基金及其他另类投资基金等，并在金融、房地产等行业有着丰富的执业经验。

君合在一份新闻稿中表示，刁律师的加入将进一步壮大其基金团队，继而提升该所在基金完整生命周期各阶段为客户提供全面法律服务的能力。

这是君合今年引入的第四位合伙人级别律师。

JunHe adds funds expert in Shanghai

JunHe recently added funds expert Diao Lina as a partner in its Shanghai office. Prior to joining JunHe, Diao worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Diao has many years of experience in fund establishment, investments, asset management, operational compliance, unit transfer, and exit and liquidation of various funds such as PE/VC, industrial, real estate, and art funds. With experience in finance and real estate industries, Ms Diao has led or participated in establishing several innovative funds and investment projects.

JunHe addressed in a press release that the addition of Diao will further strengthen JunHe’s fund practice group in providing comprehensive legal services for clients at various stages of a fund’s life cycle.

This is the fourth partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
