君合律师事务所近日迎来游弋以合伙人身份加盟其杭州办公室。加盟前，游律师曾任大成律师事务所高级合伙人，此前则在锦天城律师事务所任职。

根据君合的新闻稿，游弋律师主要从事资本市场，公司与并购领域业务，尤其擅长处理公司证券、并购重组、破产清算、税务筹划、公司股权争议等业务。他曾承办数十家企业的改制重组、境内外IPO及再融资、基金设立及债券发行等业务；办理了多起公司税务筹划、合并分立、公司解散、破产及司法清算等业务；代理了上百件公司股权纠纷及公司重大诉讼业务。

这是君合近期第二次扩充其杭州办公室人员规模：2019年12月，其杭州办公室刚刚迎来张兴中、冯艾、陈旭楠律师以合伙人身份加盟。

JunHe nabs M&A partner from Dentons

JunHe has hired capital markets expert You Yi as partner in Hangzhou from Dentons. Before that, he worked for AllBright Law Offices.

You focuses on M&A, corporate securities, bankruptcy liquidation, tax planning and equity disputes. 

The hire is JunHe’s second effort to further expand its professional team in the East city of Hangzhou recently, which is the new hub for Chinese internet companies, for example Alibaba. JunHe hired Zhang Xingzhong, Feng Ai and Chen Xunan as partners in last December.
