君合律师事务所近日迎来卫光钦律师以合伙人身份加盟香港办公室。卫律师是资本市场、公司与并购业务领域的资深律师，此前，他在亚博科技控股有限公司担任法务总裁。

卫律师专注于公司融资及证券法方面的执业工作，同时也代表客户处理其他各类商业交易，包括并购、私募股权投资及一般性公司业务。他曾代表发行人、保荐人、承销商及投资人处理过多宗融资交易，包括香港IPO暨上市、高息债券、投资级债券及可转换债券的发售、跨境融资，以及债务重组事宜。他还曾领导及参与过多宗跨境并购交易。在担任亚博科技法务总裁之前，他曾历任法朗克律师行香港办公室顾问律师、德同国际律师事务所香港办公室合伙人。

这是君合继今年1月迎来张珂博士之后的又一项重要招聘。

JunHe adds capital market partner in Hong Kong

JunHe has hired Wei Guangqin as a partner in its Hong Kong office from AGTech Holdings, where he was a general counsel.

Wei concentrates his practice in corporate finance and securities laws, and also represents clients in a variety of other business transactions, including M&A, private equity investments and general corporate matters. Wei had subsequently practiced as a special counsel in Fried Frank’s Hong Kong office and a partner in Dentons Hong Kong before working as the general counsel at AGTech. Wei has acted for issuers, sponsors, underwriters and investors in an array of financing transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs, high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings and cross-border financings, as well as debt restructurings. He has also led and participated in cross-border M&As. 

This is another important hiring by JunHe since adding Zhang Ke in January.
