君合律师事务所近日迎来张一鹏律师加盟，他未来将执业于君合北京办公室。
根据君合的一份新闻稿，张律师此前曾在英国富而德律师事务所工作，自2017年起，他先后作为资深律师和资深顾问，工作于年利达律师事务所北京办公室。
张律师在处理大型跨境并购与海外上市项目方面具有丰富经验。作为牵头律师代理了众多中国企业在欧洲、中东、南美、非洲和澳洲的境外投资，尤其关注能源和基础设施、制造业和金融机构等行业。张律师还主办了诸多中国企业在香港的上市项目，为项目中的发行人或者承销商提供国际法律服务。
JunHe hires M&A and capital markets expert in Beijing
JunHe has recently hired Zhang Yipeng in its Beijing office. Zhang joined from Linklaters’ Beijing office, where he left as a counsel. Before that, he worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for almost ten years.
According to JunHe, Zhang has extensive experience in handling significant cross-border M&A transactions and overseas listings.
He has represented a large number of Chinese companies in overseas investment in Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa, and Australia, especially in industries such as energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, and financial institutions. He has also been involved in a number of Hong Kong listings of Chinese companies and provided international legal services to issuers and international distributors.
According to ALB’s previous reports, JunHe has boosted its Hangzhou and Shenzhen offices recently with a series of lateral hires.
