近日，君合律师事务所迎来公司跨境并购领域资深专家张宏律师以合伙人身份加盟。张律师将自2020年11月2日起执业于君合北京和上海办公室。此前，张律师担任高伟绅律师事务所公司并购组合伙人。

张律师在公司业务领域有超过16年的执业经验，专注于从事复杂的跨境并购以及中国境内外公司重组项目（包括复杂的PE和VC投融资项目、拆解或搭建红筹结构重组、上市前融资项目以及各种类型公司的员工激励计划），以及公司战略合作或合资领域业务。她作为主导合伙人曾成功代理多家中国企业的超大规模海外并购项目，帮助国际知名基金投资公司在中国和亚洲地区进行的大型并购和股权投资项目，并且尤为擅长在复杂的跨境交易中为客户提供富有商业价值的意见。

这是继今年6月张一鹏博士加盟后，君合跨境并购业务团队的又一项重要横向招聘。

JunHe expands cross-border M&A team by adding partner

JunHe has recently hired Zhang Hong, an expert in corporate/cross-border M&A, to join its Beijing and Shanghai office as a partner. Prior to joining JunHe, Zhang was a corporate partner at Clifford Chance’s China office.

With over 16-years’ experience in corporate business, Zhang specializes in complex cross-border M&A and corporate restructuring in and outside China (including complex PE and VC investment and financing, “red-chip” structure dismantling or restructuring, pre-IPO equity financing and employee incentives for various types of corporations), as well as the strategic cooperation of joint venture business. At her previous firm, Zhang acted as the lead partner advising many Chinese companies in high-profile overseas M&A projects and assisted prominent international PE firms’ large M&A and equity investments in the Greater China and Asia region.

This is another important lateral hiring of JunHe’s cross-border M&A team since the joining of Dr. Zhang Yipeng in June.
