君合律师事务所近日迎来刘锦律师以合伙人身份加盟其深圳办公室。刘律师专注于银行金融、公司与并购、私募股权以及创业投资领域。

刘律师参与过大量的银行及金融项目，包括贸易融资、债务重整、银行合规等。他还曾为诸多客户的境内外并购交易、基金投资、上市公司资产重组、PPP等项目提供法律服务。

刘律师加盟后，君合深圳办公室共有9位合伙人。

JunHe adds banking and finance partner in Shenzhen

JunHe has hired banking and finance expert Liu Jin as a partner in its Shenzhen office.

Liu has expertise in banking and finance, corporate and M&A, private equity and venture capital investment, having participated in projects like trading finance, debt and restructuring and banking compliance. Liu has also advised his clients in their domestic and foreign M&A, funds investment, listed companies’ restructuring and PPP.

Following the joining of Liu, JunHe’s Shenzhen office now has nine partners.
