嘉源律师事务所近日迎来投资基金业务律师陈启明以合伙人身份加盟上海办公室。

陈律师专注于私募股权投融资、资产管理、公司并购等领域的法律服务工作。他曾助力众多私募股权/创业投资基金完成大量境内架构或离岸架构的私募股权投资交易，涉及的投资标的广泛分布于包括生物医药、TMT、人工智能等行业。

陈律师的加盟是嘉源今年来的第一起重要招聘。嘉源在一份新闻稿中表示：“陈律师的加入，将为嘉源新组建的投资基金业务线注入新的力量。”

Jia Yuan strengthens investment funds practice by adding partner in Shanghai

Jia Yuan Law Offices has hired Qiming Chen, an expert in investment funds, as a partner in its Shanghai office.

Chen focuses on private equity investment and finance, asset management, and merge & acquisition (M&A). he has participated in a number of domestic or offshore private equity investment deals, involving a wide range of industries including bio-pharmaceutics, TMT, and artificial intelligence.

This is the first important hiring by Jia Yuan this year. Jia Yuan said in a statement: “The joining of Chen will bring power to our newly launched business in investment funds.”
