嘉源律师事务所近日迎来知识产权专家刘汉川、余逸超两位律师以合伙人身份加入其北京办公室。

刘律师具备生物科学与法律专业背景，她擅长处理专利商标授权确权行政诉讼、技术交易风险排查，以及与知识产权相关的管理与合规体系搭建、侵权诉讼与禁令、反垄断诉讼等。加入嘉源前，她就职于康达律师事务所。

余律师专注于知识产权诉讼，包括疑难复杂的专利侵权及无效、技术秘密、软件著作权、商标和不正当竞争相关诉讼。加入嘉源前，他在康达律师事务所就职。

嘉源在一份新闻稿中表示，两位专家的加入将进一步提升该所在相关业务领域的团队实力与专业服务水平，为客户提供全面、专业和优质的法律服务。

这是嘉源今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Jia Yuan adds IP experts in Beijing

Jia Yuan Law Firm has recently added two intellectual property experts Liu Hanchuan, Yu Yichao as partners to its Beijing office.

Liu has a professional background in biological sciences and law, she specializes in handling administrative litigation on patent and trademark licensing and enforcement, technology transaction risk screening, as well as other IP-related business such as building management and compliance systems, infringement litigation and injunctions, and anti-monopoly litigation. Prior to joining Jia Yuan, Liu worked at Kangda Law Firm.

Yu focuses on IP litigation, including patent infringement and invalidation, technology secrets, software copyright, trademark and unfair competition-related litigation. Prior to joining Jia Yuan, Yu worked at Kangda Law Firm.

Jia Yuan addressed in a press release that the addition of the two experts will further enhance the firm's team strength and professional service level in the relevant practice areas, providing clients with comprehensive, professional and quality legal services.

This is the first batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
