嘉源律师事务所近日迎来知识产权业务合伙人莫环律师加盟上海办公室。此前，莫律师在瑞格律师事务所上海办公室担任资深法律顾问。

莫律师主要从事商业知识产权和医疗大健康领域的法律事务，其执业领域包括知识产权交易与咨询，技术许可与合作，医疗领域监管咨询，数字医疗等。莫律师具有医药领域的专业技术背景，精通中国专利相关法律及医药行业实践，在知识产权事务和医疗大健康监管领域具有丰富的执业经验。从业以来，莫律师已为多个行业的公司提供专业法律服务，包括制药、医疗器械、生物科技、保健食品、食品和饮料、化妆品、电子和通讯、珠宝和奢侈品品牌等。

莫律师加盟后，嘉源上海办公室共有九位合伙人。

Jia Yuan expands IP team by adding partner in Shanghai

Jia Yuan Law Offices has recently hired Mo Huan as a partner in Shanghai. Mo is an expert in intellectual property, who previously practiced as an attorney in Ropes & Gray LLP.

Mo focuses on commercial intellectual property (IP) and healthcare. Her practice areas include IP deals and consulting, technology licensing and cooperation, healthcare regulatory consulting and digital healthcare. Mo has technical background and practical experience in the field of medicine, as well as with rich knowledge of China laws in patent. Mo has advised corporates in industries including pharmacy, healthcare equipment, biotechnology, food and beverage, cosmetics, telecommunication, jewelry and luxury.

With the addition of Mo, Jia Yuan’s Shanghai office now has nine partners.
