嘉源律师事务所近日迎来资本市场律师王鹏杰以合伙人身份加盟其香港分所。此前，王律师在中伦律师事务所香港办公室担任顾问。他还曾执业于美富律师事务所、达维律师事务所香港办公室。

王鹏杰律师的执业领域为上市及公开发售、资本融资交易、并购、私募基金。他曾为多家企业和金融机构就IPO、债券发行、股份配售、收购合并、私募股权投资等项目提供法律意见。

嘉源香港分所成立于2020年2月，具有香港本地律师事务所职业资格，其业务范围涵盖资本市场、香港上市公司合规、跨境并购、离岸法律服务及其他商事法律服务，以及中国委托公证人和国际公证人服务。王律师加盟后，嘉源香港分所共有两位合伙人。

Jia Yuan strengthens Hong Kong arm by adding capital market partner

Jia Yuan Law Offices has hired capital market lawyer Benjamin Wang as a partner in its Hong Kong branch from Zhong Lun Law Firm, where Wang was a counsel. He had also practiced at the Hong Kong offices of Morrison & Foerster and Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Wang’s practice focuses on IPO, listing, capital finance, M&A, and private equity. He has advised a number of enterprises and financial institutes on IPO, issuance of bonds, allotment, M&A, and private equity investment.

Established in February 2020, Jia Yuan’s Hong Kong branch has the license to practice locally, providing legal services involving capital markets, compliance of Hong Kong-listed companies, cross-border M&A, offshore legal services, and notary. Jia Yuan’s Hong Kong branch has two partners following the joining of Wang.
