大成上海迎来争议解决、食药品安全、金融及国际贸易与反倾销领域的四位法律专家加盟。

陈胜律师和倪建林律师以高级合伙人身份加入大成上海。陈律师曾就职于金杜律师事务所，任争议解决部合伙人，擅长处理银行法律实务问题，拥有丰富的国际及国内仲裁经验，曾参与审理裁决了三百余起银行金融、衍生品交易、投资、造船业、国际贸易等领域案件。倪律师此前在融孚律师事务所担任高级合伙人，在国际贸易及反倾销等领域拥有丰富经验，已代表几十家国内公司应对国外反倾销和反补贴调查。

冯文煦律师和车骐律师分别以高级顾问及顾问身份加盟大成上海。冯律师曾任凯赫律师事务所上海代表处科学顾问，代表客户处理食品、药品安全与环境安全方面的法规事务。车律师此前是上海市法院执行系统法官，办理执行过数千起案件，其中金融不良资产清收类案件4000余件。

大成在新闻稿中表示，四位不同领域专家的加入将进一步优化大成上海团队的人才结构和服务水平。

Dentons grows Shanghai office with four senior hires

Dentons has expanded its Shanghai office after adding two senior partners, a senior consultant and a consultant, one of whom joins from King & Wood Mallesons.

Chen Sheng, who joins Dentons as a senior partner, was previously a KWM partner specialising in dispute resolution, with particular focus on international and domestic arbitration cases. The other new senior partner, Ni Jianlin, joins from SG&CO, where he would primarily represent Chinese companies in anti-dumping cases.

Feng Wenxu, who joins as senior consultant, was previously at U.S. law firm Keller Heckman’s Shanghai office focusing on food and drug safety. And before joining Dentons, consultant Che Qi was a judge tasked with enforcing rulings on cases related to non-performing assets.
