国浩律师事务所近日迎来6位合伙人李虎桓、王军、赵婷、张传峰、穆占鹏、张炳学律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海、西安、济南、石家庄、青岛办公室。
李虎桓律师的主要执业领域为资产证券化、保险资金运用以及与之相关的收购与兼并等。加入国浩之前，他曾就职于汉坤律师事务所。
王军律师的主要业务领域为不良资产处置、公司破产清算重整、民商事争议处理等。加入国浩之前，他曾就职于德恒律师事务所。
赵婷律师的主要业务方向位企业拯救与破产、公司投融资与并购、公司衍生诉讼等。加入国浩之前，她曾就职于德恒律师事务所。
张传峰律师执业二十余年，主要执业方向为重大疑难民商事争端解决、国内外诉讼、仲裁、并购重组、破产清算等。加入国浩之前，他曾就职于泰和泰律师事务所。
穆占鹏律师主要从事金融证券和资本市场业务，具体包括境内外首次公开发行股票并上市、并购重组、投资基金等。加入国浩之前，他曾就职于盈科律师事务所。
张炳学律师长期致力于证券资本市场法律业务领域，加入国浩之前，曾任山东国曜琴岛（青岛）律师事务所副主任及执行合伙人。
这是国浩今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。
Grandall expends practice with six experts hire
Grandall Law Firm has recently added six experts Li Huhuan, Wang Jun, Zhao Ting, Zhang Chuanfeng, Mu Zhanpeng, Zhang Bingxue as partners in its Shanghai, Xi’an, Jinan, Shijiazhuang, and Qingdao offices.
Li Huhuan's main practice areas are asset securitization, use of insurance funds and related acquisitions and mergers. Prior to joining Grandall, Li worked at Han Kun Law Offices.
Wang Jun's main practice areas are the disposal of non-performing assets, corporate bankruptcy, liquidation and reorganization, and civil and commercial disputes. Prior to joining Grandall, Wang worked at DeHeng Law Offices.
Zhao Ting's major practice areas include corporate rescue and bankruptcy, corporate investment, financing and M&A, and corporate derivative litigation. Prior to joining Grandall, Zhao worked at DeHeng Law Offices.
Zhang Chuanfeng has been practicing law for more than 20 years and his main practice areas are major and difficult civil and commercial dispute resolution, domestic and international litigation, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, bankruptcy and liquidation, etc. Zhang has been practicing law for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Grandall, Zhang worked at Tahota Law Firm.
Mu Zhanpeng is mainly engaged in financial securities and capital market practice, including domestic and overseas initial public offerings and listings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and investment funds. Prior to joining Grandall, Mu worked at Yingke Law Firm.
Zhang Bingxue has long been devoted to securities and capital market law practice. Prior to joining Guoco, he was the deputy director and managing partner of Shandong Guoyao Qindao Law Firm.
