大成律师事务所近日宣布，其第一季度共迎来蒋健、杨文龙、贾士红、吴俊杰四位律师以高级合伙人身份加盟其多地办公室。

蒋律师加盟了大成成都分所，此前他曾任四川卓安律师事务所管理合伙人。蒋律师的主要执业领域为刑事、公司与并购、争议解决、银行与金融，近年以刑事辩护和企业刑事合规为主要业务方向。

杨律师加盟了大成广州分所，此前他曾任广东法制盛邦律师事务所管理合伙人。杨律师执业领域为刑事、争议解决、海事海商与航空航天、不动产与建设工程，尤其擅长职务犯罪案件辩护。

贾律师加盟了大成哈尔滨分所，此前她任职于黑龙江仁大律师事务所，其主要执业领域为争议解决、公司与并购、破产重整与清算、资本市场。

吴律师则加盟了大成上海分所，此前他是普华永道合伙人。吴律师主要执业于争议解决、跨境投资与贸易、公司与并购、刑事。他有多年海关与国际贸易领域工作经验，专注于海关与国际贸易的管理咨询、业务运营支持、税务和法律咨询服务，服务涉及制造、生命科学、IT、零售等行业。

根据ALB 2019年排名，大成律师总人数位列中国所第二，截至2019年11月，共有1824位合伙人。

Dentons hires four senior partners across China

Dentons has hired Jiang Jian, Yang Wenlong, Jia Shihong and Frank Wu as senior partners across various offices in China.

Jiang joines the firm’s Chengdu office from local criminal defense boutique Sichuan Joins in Hands Law Firm, where he was the managing partner. He focuses on criminal defense and criminal compliance.

Yang joined Dentons’ Guangzhou office from Guangdong Everwin Law Office, where he was also the managing partner. Yang focuses on criminal, dispute resolution, maritime and aviation, real estate and construction, with expertise on duty crime.

Meanwhile Jia became member of Dentons’ Harbin office, and she previously worked for Renda Law Firm in Heilongjiang province. She specializes in dispute resolution, corporate and M&A, insolvency and restructuring, as well as capital markets.

Wu joined the firm’s Shanghai office from big four accounting firm PwC, where he was a partner. He is a customs and international trade expert, advising on industries of manufacture, life science, IT and retail.

According to ALB’s ranking in 2019, Dentons is the second largest PRC law firm in China, with 1824 partners by the end of last November.
