安理律师事务所近日迎来跨境并购专家李鹰律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

李律师的执业领域包括跨境并购、私募和投融资。他曾主导过多起业内具有影响力、结构复杂的交易，长期为多家国内外企业和机构提供法律意见。

Anli hires cross-border M&A partner in Beijing

Anli Partners has hired Li Ying, an expert in cross-border M&A, as a partner in its Beijing office.

Li’s practice areas include cross-border M&A, private equity, and investment and finance. He has advised a number of domestic and multinational enterprises on deals with complex structures.

Anli’s managing partner Wang Qingyou commented in a statement: “The joining of Li matches the strategy of Anli’s future development, and it will build a stronger foundation to strengthen the integration, professionalism and internationalization of our firm.”
