富而德律师事务所近日迎来重组专家安鼎翔以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。加入富而德之前，安律师曾在瑞格律师事务所任职。

安律师尤其擅长处理重组和资本解决方案（特殊情况）业务。

富而德在一份新闻稿中表示，安律师的加入标志着该所在亚洲提供重组和资本解决方案业务领域迈出重要一步，同时也是对富而德在欧洲和美国重组和资本解决方案业务领域战略投资的积极补充。

随着安律师的加入，富而德香港目前共拥有24名合伙人。

Freshfields adds restructuring expert in Hong Kong

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has added restructuring expert Daniel Anderson as a partner in its Hong Kong office. Prior to joining Freshfields, Anderson worked at Ropes & Gray.

Anderson has particular expertise in both restructuring and capital solutions (special situations).

Freshfields addressed in a press release that the addition of Anderson marks a significant step for Freshfields’ Asia restructuring and capital solutions offering and complements strategic investments by the firm in Europe and the U.S. in this space.

With Anderson’s addition, Freshfields Hong Kong office now has 24 partners.
