年利达律师事务所近日迎来公司业务专家郑志豪律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。

郑律师在多个行业的上市公司并购中具有丰富经验，在股权资本市场交易（包括IPO和其他股权交易）方面的经验同样丰富。

加入年利达之前，郑律师任职于香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（香港证监会），担任高级总监及收购团队主管。在2018年加入香港证监会之前，他还曾任司力达律师事务所合伙人。

随着郑律师的加入，年利达香港办公室公司业务/并购团队目前共有9名合伙人。

Linklaters adds corporate expert in Hong Kong

Roger Cheng, an expert in corporate law, has recently joined Linklaters as a partner in their Hong Kong office.

Cheng has extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions across various sectors, with a specialised focus on Hong Kong IPOs and equity capital markets transactions.

Prior to his current role, Cheng was the senior director and head of the takeovers team at the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. Before joining the SFC in 2018, he was a corporate partner at Slaughter and May, where he also specialised in public and private mergers and acquisitions across different sectors and had extensive experience in Hong Kong IPOs and ECM transactions.

With Cheng's addition, Linklaters' Hong Kong office now has a total of nine partners on its corporate/M&A team.
