广信君达律师事务所近日迎来陈冠星、方晖、张伟、朱斌雄四位律师以合伙人身份加盟，未来他们都将在其广州总部展开执业。

根据广信君达的一份新闻稿，陈冠星律师的主要业务领域包括合同纠纷及民商事经济纠纷、公司业务、婚姻家事继承及刑事辩护等，其长期担任政府相关部门法律顾问，熟悉行政法律法规。

方晖律师主要执业领域为行政法及民商事，专长于行政法、不动产、工程建设类法律事务，长期担任广州市越秀区房屋管理局、国有土地征收与补偿办公室、重点项目拆迁办公室等机构法律顾问。

张伟律师曾在央企担任法务主管，熟悉企业经营运作流程，其专长于公司商事纠纷、电子商务、投融资并购、私募基金等领域。朱斌雄律师的执业领域则为法律风险防控、人事劳动关系处理等。

目前广信君达广州总部有超过600名律师，并在境内外拥有19家分支机构。

ETR welcomes three new partners in Guangzhou

ETR Law Firm has hired Chen Guanxing, Fang Hui, Zhang Wei and Zhu Binxiong in its Guangzhou headquarter as partners.

Chen and Fang are both government experts. Chen has acted as legal counsel for government departments and is familiar with relevant administrative laws and regulations, with additional expertise in marriage and inheritance. Fang advises government on real estate and construction development issues.

Zhang has worked as general counsel with special focuse on e-commerce, M&A and private equity. While Zhu focuses on risk management and labour law.

ETR’s Guangzhou headquarter now has a headcount of more than 600 lawyers. It also has 19 offices both domestically and abroad.
