德恒律师事务所（香港）有限法律责任合伙近日迎来吴嘉智律师以合伙人身份加盟。

此前，吴律师曾任普衡律师事务所香港公司业务团队合伙人，他还曾任职于香港联交所，担任证券市场监管工作，负责处理IPO及上市申请，以及上市公司的持续合规及交易合规事项。

德恒香港在一份新闻稿中指出，吴律师拥有丰富的公司业务经验，专注于公司融资和证券事项，包括在香港及中国内地的证券发行、并购、重组、私募投资、公司交易业务。基于此前的工作经验，他也熟悉香港上市公司的监管合规事项。

至此，德恒香港共拥有14名合伙人。今年10月，该所刚刚迎来诉讼专家张伟东律师加盟。

DeHeng strengthens corporate practice with hire in Hong Kong

The Hong Kong office of DeHeng Law Offices has recently announced the appointment of Samuel Ng as a partner. Ng joined DeHeng Hong Kong from Paul Hastings, where he was a partner with the Hong Kong corporate team.

Ng has extensive experience in the corporate field, with a focus in corporate finance and securities matters, including securities offerings, M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity investments, corporate transactions in both Hong Kong and China, as well as regulatory and compliance matters for Hong Kong-listed companies.

Ng has previously worked as a securities market regulator with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to handle IPOs and listing applications as well as ongoing and transactional compliance of listed companies.

Upon Ng’s arrival, DeHeng Hong Kong now has 14 partners. The firm has just hired dispute expert Stan Cheung in October.
