方达律师事务所近日迎来生命科学与医疗健康领域专家何宁律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。加入方达之前，何律师曾于基石药业担任董事会秘书、副总裁兼总法律顾问。2019年基石药业的香港上市项目中，方达曾担任其中国律师。

何律师擅长处理涉及复杂商业、知识产权、运营与法律问题安排的跨境生命科学交易。在从事企业法务及管理工作前，何律师还于贝克·麦坚时律师事务所、科律律师事务所执业多年。

这是方达今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。

Fangda adds ex-GC in Shanghai

Fangda Partners has hired life science expert Henry He as a partner in its Shanghai office. Prior to joining Fangda, He worked as the board secretary, associate vice president, and general counsel at CStone Pharmaceuticals, which is a Chinese biotech start-up listed in Hong Kong in 2019, where Fangda acted as the company’s China counsel.
Before moving in-house, He had worked at Baker & McKenzie and Cooley for many years.

He specializes in complex life science transactions including licensing, strategic partnering, financing and cooperate M&A. 

This is the first partner-level hire made by Fangda in 2023.
