方达律师事务所近日迎来资本市场律师张焕彦以合伙人身份加盟其广州办公室。此前，张律师曾分别执业于君合律师事务所、金杜律师事务所。

张律师专注资本市场、公司与并购、私募股权/创业投资领域，曾为多家上市公司/非上市公司/基金提供与IPO、投融资、并购重组、员工股权激励等相关的法律服务，其客户涉及行业包括生命科学与健康、教育传媒、TMT、餐饮、百货快消、金融、房地产等。

这是方达今年官宣的第一起合伙人级别引入。张律师加盟后，方达广州办公室共有五位合伙人。

Fangda adds capital market partner in Guangzhou

Fangda Partners has hired Zhang Huanyan, an expert in capital market, as a partner in its Guangzhou office from JunHe, prior to which She had also practiced at King & Wood Mallesons.

With expertise in capital market, corporate and M&A, private equity/venture capital investment, Zhang has advised many listed and private companies on IPO, investment and finance, M&A and restructuring, and employee equity incentive, involving a range of industries including life sciences and health, education and media, TMT, food, consumer, finance, and real-estate.

This is Fangda’s first partner-level hire announced in 2022. With the addition of Zhang, the firm’s Guangzhou office now has five partners.
