植德律师事务所近日迎来桂芳芳、赵弋律师以合伙人身份加盟。

桂律师专注于家事服务与财富管理、争议解决、不动产与基础设施等领域，成功代理近千起离婚、遗产继承、房产分割、股权纠纷等境内外诉讼。加入植德之前，她曾在家与家律师事务所工作。

赵律师在债务重组、争议解决、不良资产处置与特殊机会投资、困境企业危机咨询等领域拥有丰富经验。加入植德之前，他曾在金杜律师事务所工作。

植德在一份新闻稿中表示，两位合伙人的加入将使其全周期、立体化、一站式的综合法律服务能力得到极大提升。

这是植德今年引入的第九批合伙人级别律师。

Merits & Tree adds duo partners

Merits & Tree Law Offices has recently expanded its team by bringing on board two experienced lawyers, Gui Fangfang and Zhao Yi, as partners. 

Gui specialises in family services, wealth management, dispute resolution, and real estate and infrastructure. She has successfully represented nearly 1,000 domestic and foreign litigations in cases such as divorce, inheritance, property division, and equity disputes. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, she worked at Family & Family Law Firm.

On the other hand, Zhao has extensive experience in debt restructuring, dispute resolution, disposal of distressed assets, investment in special opportunities, and crisis counselling for distressed companies. Before joining Merits & Tree, he worked at King & Wood Mallesons.

In a press release, Merits & Tree Law Offices stated that adding these two partners will significantly enhance their full-cycle, three-dimensional, and one-stop integrated legal service capabilities.

This marks the ninth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
