植德律师事务所近日迎来两位专家张晓霞、项平律师分别以权益合伙人、薪酬合伙人身份加盟。

张律师自1997年参加工作以来，一直专注于不动产与基础设施领域的法律服务和研究。加入植德前，张律师曾在天驰君泰律师事务所工作。

项律师专注于不动产与基础设施领域的法律服务，包括不动产的投资、建设及运营管理的全过程非诉咨询及争议解决法律服务。加入植德前，项律师曾在国枫律师事务所工作。

据悉，目前，植德不动产部共拥有12位合伙人，分布在北京、上海、深圳、武汉、青岛等地办公室。植德在一份新闻稿中表示，两位合伙人的加入将使得该所不动产部的服务范围和服务水平获得进一步提升。

这是植德今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Merits & Tree strrenghtens offering with two hires

Merits & Tree Law Offices has recently hired two experts, Zhang Xiaoxia and Xiang Ping, as partners.

Zhang has been specializing in legal services and research in the field of real estate and infrastructure since 1997, and previously worked at Tiantai Law Firm.

Meanwhile, Xiang specializes in real estate and infrastructure, providing non-litigation consulting and dispute resolution legal services for the entire process of real estate investment, construction, and operation management. He was a former employee of Grandway Law Firm.

According to Merits & Tree, now the firm has 12 partners in its real estate department in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan and Qingdao offices. The addition of the two partners will further enhance the scope and level of the firm's services in the real estate area.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in 2024.
