正策律师事务所近日迎来两位专家方智成、徐璐律师分别以高级合伙人、合伙人身份加盟上海办公室。

方律师长期从事不良资产相关行业法律服务，曾有法院有多年金融执行经验，也曾在民营资产头部公司负责不良资产收购、处置的工作。加入正策之前，方律师曾在德和衡律师事务所工作。

徐律师是婚姻家事团队负责人，深耕于婚姻家事、财富管理、公司运营的诉讼与非诉法律事务。加入正策之前，徐律师曾在恒都律师事务所工作。

这是正策今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Joint-Win adds duo experts in Shanghai

Joint-Win Partners has recently added two experts Fang Zhicheng, Xu Lu as senior partner and partner respectively in its Shanghai office.

Fang has long been engaged in offering legal services in industries related to non-performing assets and has multiple years of experience in financial enforcement at the court. Prior to joining Joint-Win, Fang worked at DHH Law Firm.

Xu is the director of the team of marriage and family affairs, deeply engaging in litigation and non-litigation legal affairs related to marriage and family affairs, wealth management and corporate operations. Prior to joining Joint-Win, Xu worked at Hengdu Law Firm.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
