钟律师则专注于投融资、资本市场、外商直接投资等领域，涉及新能源、物流、半导体、数字经济等行业或领域。

Han Kun welcomes back duo from Llinks

Sheldon Chen and Clarence Chung have rejoined Han Kun Law Offices after their tenure at Llinks Law Offices.

Chen boasts over ten years of practice in private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentives, and general corporate matters.

Chung focuses on private equity/venture capital investments, capital markets, and foreign direct investment across various industries, including new energy, logistics, semiconductors and digital economy, etc. 

In a press release, Han Kun announced that the firm's service capabilities in related fields will be further enhanced with the addition of these two experts.
