汉坤律师事务所近日迎来刑事专家韩旸律师以合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。加入汉坤前，韩律师曾在金杜律师事务所工作。

韩旸律师在处理公司企业、家族和个人重大疑难复杂事项，包括为企业和实控人提供全方位的刑事行政法律风险甄别、评估、隔离服务，财富管理，企业控制权争夺，企业及企业家权益保护方面，尤其在被突击调查和涉嫌违法、犯罪等危机处理事项上，积累了丰富的实践经验。

Han Kun Law Offices has recently added criminal expert Han Yang as a partner in its Beijing office. Prior to joining Han Kun, Han worked at King & Wood Mallesons.

Han has extensive experience dealing with major, difficult and complex matters for companies, families, and individuals.  She provides comprehensive services in respect of identifying, evaluating, and isolating criminal and administrative law risks, wealth management, handling corporate control disputes, and protecting the interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs.
