汉坤律师事务所近日迎来前天同律师事务所破产重组专家张尧、杜文乐、朱磊律师团队加入。

张尧律师拥有十七年以上的法律从业经验，特别在上市公司破产重整、大型企业集团债务重组、资产重组等业务领域拥有丰富的从业经验。

杜文乐律师专注于破产重组业务领域，具有十年以上的法律从业经验。

朱磊律师专注于破产重组业务领域，具有十五年以上的法律从业经验。

汉坤在一份新闻稿中表示，几位专家的加入将进一步提升该所在破产重组业务领域的综合服务能力，更好地满足其客户全方位的需求。

这是汉坤今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Han Kun adds bankruptcy and restructuring team

Han Kun Law Offices has recently added bankruptcy and restructuring experts Zhang Yao, Du Wenle, Zhu Lei, and their team from TianTong Law Firm.

Zhang has more than 17 years of experience in legal practice, especially in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring of listed companies, debt restructuring of large enterprise groups, and asset restructuring.

Du focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring and has more than 10 years of experience. 

Zhu focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring, he has more than 15 years of experience. 

Han Kun addressed in a press release that the addition of the team will further enhance the firm’s comprehensive service capabilities in bankruptcy and restructuring and better meet the needs of clients.  

This is the latest partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
