汉坤律师事务所近日迎来罗敏律师以合伙人身份回归，加盟其上海办公室。

罗律师专注于私募基金设立与资产管理领域，她在代表诸多境内外基金管理人设立募集私募美元基金、跨境基金和人民币基金方面有十分丰富的经验，并在私募基金运营管理的各环节为境内外客户提供全方位法律服务。回归汉坤前，罗律师曾在世达律师事务所工作。

这是汉坤今年自陈骁敦、钟佳霖律师回归后的又一位合伙人级别律师。

Han kun welcomes PE expert rejoin

Han Kun Law Offices has recently welcomed PE expert Luo Min back to its Shanghai office.

Luo specializes in legal matters related to private fund formation and asset management.  She has considerable experience in representing onshore and offshore fund managers in the formation of venture capital, private equity, and other types of private funds denominated in both USD and RMB.

Prior to coming back to Han Kun, Luo worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

This is the latest batch of partner-level rejoin made by the firm this year.
