海问律师事务所近日迎来叶陶冶律师以国际合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。加盟海问前，叶律师曾任安理国际律师事务所上海办公室顾问律师，此前则在普衡律师事务所上海代表处工作。

根据海问的一份新闻稿，叶律师的执业领域为房地产投资、并购、合资企业和基金设立，尤其在房地产领域经验丰富。此外，她还专长于境内外投资基金的架构和设立。

这是继2019年12月严波律师以来，第二位加盟海问上海办公室的前安理国际律师事务所房地产专家。

Haiwen nabs another real estate expert from A&O

Haiwen & Partners has hired Taoye Ye as international partner in its Shanghai office from Allen & Overy, where she was counsel.

According to Haiwen’s press release, Ye specializes in structuring and executing cross-border merger and acquisitions and private equity investments in China, with focus on the real estate sector.  She also has expertise in the structuring and establishment of onshore and offshore investment funds.

Ye is the second former Allen & Overy real estate expert to join Haiwen in recent months: the firm has just welcomed Yan Bo in Shanghai in last December.
