自近期引入傅端律师后，海问律师事务所又迎来了出口管制专家袁帅琦律师以国际合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

袁律师拥有超过10年的美国国际贸易法律法规经验。业务范围包括国际贸易与交易中涉及的经济制裁、出口管制、海关、贸易救济与摩擦、WTO相关的法律咨询、美国调查与诉讼，以及中国的反制裁、出口管制、对外关系法等。加入海问前，袁律师曾在Perkins Coie律师事务所工作。

海问在一份新闻稿中表示，袁律师的加入，将进一步为其发展注入新的动力，拓展该所业务和行业领域的广度及深度。

这是海问今年引入的第四批合伙人级别律师。

Haiwen adds export control expert in Beijing

Haiwen & Partners has recently added export control expert Yuan Shuaiqi as an international partner in its Beijing office.

Yuan has over 10 years of experience in U.S. international trade laws and regulations. Her practice areas include economic sanctions, export controls, customs, trade remedies and frictions, WTO-related legal counseling, U.S. investigations and litigation in international trade and transactions, as well as China's anti-sanctions, export controls, and foreign relations law. Prior to joining Haiwen, Yuan worked at Perkins Coie.

Haiwen addressed in a press release that the addition of Yaun will further inject new momentum into its development, expanding the breadth and depth of the firm's practice and industry sectors.

This is the fourth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year after Fu Duan.
