海问律师事务所近日迎来刘宇翔律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室，加盟前，刘律师任江三角律师事务所合伙人，并担任北京分所主任。

刘律师是劳动和社会保障法业务专家，长期从事竞业限制、商业贿赂及合规等重大、疑难劳动人事争议问题及相关案件代理等法律服务。他在帮助集团型企业妥善处置员工各类不合规行为，帮助企业为高级管理人员、核心业务人员、掌握商业秘密人员及其他特殊人员制定针对性方案，以及代表企业与诸类人员进行协商谈判等方面具有丰富经验。

海问在一份新闻稿中表示：“刘律师的加入将进一步壮大海问劳动和社会保障法业务队伍，拓展海问在这一专业服务领域的广度和深度。”

刘宇翔律师也是继严波、叶陶冶律师后，近期第三位加盟海问的合伙人。

Haiwen nabs Beijing head from River Delta

Haiwen & Partners has hired Liu Yuxiang as partner in its Beijing office. Liu joined from River Delta Law Firm, where he was the managing partner of the firm’s Beijing office.

Liu is a labour and social security law expert and he focuses on competition restriction, anti-bribery, compliance as well as labour law related disputes. He has represented companies dealing with non-compliant behaviours, setting up special arrangements with senior management personnel, as well as on related negotiations. 

This is the third lateral hire made by Haiwen recently after the hiring of real estate experts Yan bo and Ye Taoye in Shanghai.
