海问律师事务所近日迎来并购专家黄贲然律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

黄律师拥有超过12年的法律工作经验，专注于兼并与收购、私募股权投资、外商直接投资等领域。加入海问之前，黄律师曾在年利达律师事务所中国联营所上海昭胜律师事务所担任合伙人。

海问在一份新闻稿中表示，黄律师的加入，将进一步壮大该所在跨境并购和私募股权等领域的综合实力，拓展其在相关专业服务的广度和深度。

这是海问在今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。

Haiwen grows Beijing M&A practice with hire from Zhao Sheng

Haiwen & Partners has recently added M&A expert Benran Huang as a partner in its Beijing office.

Huang has over 12 years of legal experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and foreign direct investment. Prior to joining Haiwen, Huang was a partner at Shanghai Zhao Sheng Law Firm, the associate firm of Linklaters.

Haiwen addressed in a press release that the addition of Huang will further strengthen the firm's comprehensive strength in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity and expand the breadth and depth of its related professional services.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
