Global expands its team in Beijing by hiring three partners

Global Law Office has recently expanded its team in Beijing by bringing on board Jia Yong, Li Ling, and Yao Ping as partners.

Jia specialises in real estate and construction engineering, private equity and investment funds, asset management, and dispute resolution. 

Li's focus areas include corporate and M&A, compliance and risk control, offshore investment, life sciences and healthcare, and ESG. 

Yao has expertise in corporate and M&A, offshore investment, life sciences and healthcare, private equity and investment funds, and capital markets. 

In a press release, Global Law Office stated that these new hires will help the firm explore their respective areas of deep expertise and further strengthen its team of professionals. 

This is the latest batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
