环球律师事务所近日迎来三位专家罗毅、吴永恒、黄镇以合伙人身份分别加入其上海、深圳办公室。

罗律师将加入环球上海办公室，她具有二十余年的执业经验，主要业务领域为外商投资、收购与兼并、私募股权投资和资本市场。加入环球前，罗律师曾在西班牙嘉理盖思律师事务所担任上海办公室公司业务负责人。

同样加入上海办公室的还有吴律师，她专注于国内外知识产权的保护、诉讼和跨境投资等业务，主要执业领域包括商业秘密、商标、版权、专利、不正当竞争以及商业知识产权等。加入环球前，吴律师曾在奋迅·贝克麦坚时联营办公室工作。

黄律师则将加入环球深圳办公室，他的主要执业领域为商事争议解决、建设工程、债务重组与公司清算/破产、并购融资等。加入环球前，黄律师曾在国浩律师事务所工作。

环球在一份新闻稿中表示，三位合伙人的加入将进一步巩固该所在各业务领域的领先优势，提升环球四地办公室一体化联动能力，增强其一站式的综合法律服务能力和行业影响力。

这是环球今年吸纳的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Global adds trio in Shanghai and Shenzhen

Global Law Office has expanded its Shanghai and Shenzhen offices by bringing in three new partners: Lucy Luo, Wendy Wu, and Huang Zhen.

Luo, who has over 20 years of experience, will be based in Shanghai and specialises in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, with a focus on real estate and TMT sectors. She previously served as the head of the corporate department at Garrigues.

Also joining the Shanghai office is Wu, whose expertise lies in intellectual property, cross-border investment, and dispute resolution. Before joining Global, she worked at Baker McKenzie FenXun.

Huang will be based in the Shenzhen office and focuses on dispute resolution, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions financing, and more. He previously worked at Grandall Law Firm.

Global Law Office expressed in a press release that the addition of these three partners will strengthen the firm's position, improve its integration and linkage capabilities across its four global offices, and enhance its ability to provide comprehensive legal services and industry influence.

These partner-level hires are the first made by the firm this year.
