盛德国际律师事务所近日迎来陈仲敏律师以中国企业及融资业务组合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。加入盛德前， 她曾在礼德律师事务所担任诉讼及争议解决业务合伙人。

陈律师的专长领域为争讼性监管事项、商业诉讼及国际仲裁，曾处理遍及金融服务、矿业、房地产、娱乐、能源及制造业等多个行业的大量复杂争议事项。

这是盛德今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Sidley adds regulatory expert in Hong Kong

Sidley Austin has hired regulatory partner Stephanie Chan to China corporate and finance practice in Hong Kong office. Prior to joining Sidley, she was a partner at Reed Smith.

Chan focuses on contentious regulatory matters, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. She has handled complex disputes across many industry sectors including financial services, mining, real estate, entertainment, energy, and manufacturing.

This is the first partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
