竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来三位专家孙甜、张显峰、许懿律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京、上海办公室。

孙律师将常驻竞天公诚北京、上海办公室，她具有超过15年的工作经验，专注于诉讼、仲裁、公司法与商法、投资与并购、国际贸易管制/制裁、制造业、能源与自然资源等领域。加入竞天公诚之前，孙律师曾在德和衡律师事务所工作。

张律师从业二十余年，他将常驻竞天公诚北京办公室，他的主要业务领域为争议解决、公司法与商法、房地产与建设工程等。加入竞天公诚之前，张律师曾任中伦文德律师事务所高级合伙人。

许律师拥有15年以上知识产权审判及诉讼经验，她将加入竞天公诚上海办公室。许律师所服务的客户涵盖了互联网、娱乐、运动、食品、玩具、工业、奢侈品、农业等多个行业和领域。加入竞天公诚之前，许律师曾在上海瀛泰律师事务所工作。

这是竞天公诚今年引入的第四批合伙人级别律师。

Jingtian & Gongcheng adds three experts

Jingtian & Gongcheng recently added three experts, Sun Tian, Zhang Xianfeng, and Xu Yi, as partners in its Beijing, Shanghai offices.

Sun will be based in Jingtian & Gongcheng's Beijing and Shanghai offices. She has over 15 years of experience and specialises in litigation, arbitration, corporate and commercial law, investment and mergers and acquisitions, international trade regulation/sanctions, manufacturing, energy and natural resources. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Sun worked at DHH Law Firm.

Zhang, who has been practicing for more than 20 years, will be based in the firm’s Beijing office; his main areas of practice are dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, real estate and construction engineering. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Zhang was a senior partner at Zhonglun Wende Law Firm.

Xu also has more than 15 years of IP trial and litigation experience; she will join the firm’s Shanghai office. Xu has served clients in various industries and sectors, including Internet, entertainment, sports, food, toys, industrial, luxury goods, and agriculture. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Xu worked at Yingtai Law Firm.

This is the firm's fourth batch of partner-level hires this year.
