竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来两位专家张占江、何远律师以合伙人身份分别加盟其北京、杭州办公室。

张律师深耕于知识产权领域，在专利无效及诉讼、专利审查及复审、专利挖掘与布局、知识产权尽职调查等方向均有丰富经验。加入竞天公诚之前，张律师曾就职于海问律师事务所。

何律师的主要业务领域为重大疑难民商事争议解决、公司法律风险防范。加入竞天公诚之前，何律师曾就职于浙江泽大律师事务所。

竞天公诚在一份新闻稿中表示，两位律师的加入将在进一步增强事务所综合实力、充实相关领域专业力量的同时，也更好地满足客户在业务发展中不断变化的法律需求。

这是竞天公诚在今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Jingtian & Gongcheng adds duo experts in Beijing and Hangzhou

Jingtian & Gongcheng recently added two experts Zhang Zhanjiang, He Yuan as partners in its Beijing and Hangzhou offices respectively.

Zhang has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, including patent invalidation and litigation, patent examination and reexamination, patent mining and layout, and intellectual property due diligence. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Zhang worked at Haiwen & Partners.

He's main practice areas are major and difficult civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate legal risk prevention. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, He worked at Zhejiang Zeda Law Firm.

Jingtian & Gongcheng addressed in a press release that the addition of the two partners will further strengthen the firm's comprehensive strength and enrich the professional strength in related fields.

This is the second batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
