竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来两位专家孙鹏程、王欢律师以合伙人身份加盟。

孙律师专注于外资客户和大型境内机构的复杂商业交易和争议的解决，他将常驻于上海、深圳办公室。加入竞天公诚之前，孙律师任职于锦天城律师事务所。

王律师的专业领域为私募股权与风险投资、投资与并购、资本市场，他将常驻于北京办公室。加入竞天公诚之前，王律师任职于汉坤律师事务所。

这是竞天公诚今年引入的第六批合伙人级别律师。

Jingtian & Gongcheng adds duo experts

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently welcomed two new partners to their team, Sun Pengcheng and Wang Huan.

Sun will be working out of the Shanghai and Shenzhen offices and will focus on assisting foreign clients and large domestic organisations with complex commercial transactions and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Sun worked at AllBright Law Offices.

Meanwhile, Wang will be based in the Beijing office and will specialise in private equity and venture capital, investments and M&A, and capital markets. Before joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Wang was working at Han Kun Law Offices.

This is the sixth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
