竞天公诚近日迎来李力、南铁键、汤雪、邹野四位律师以合伙人身份加盟。李律师和南律师将在北京办公室展开执业；汤律师和邹律师则将加入上海办公室。
李律师此前曾以合伙人身份执业于大成律师事务所。他的主要执业领域包括区块链与智能合约、证券化与结构融资、跨境投资并购、房地产。他曾协助多家金融机构完成数十个股权投资、结构融资、资产证券化项目，还曾代表多家央企参与国际投资并购谈判。李律师还曾就职于安理律师事务所和中伦律师事务所。
南律师加入竞天公诚前就职于金杜律师事务所，从事资本市场业务。他的执业领域包括资本市场、集团企业的风险防控体系的构建、跨国商事纠纷和刑事案件的处理和化解，尤其对大宗商品、医疗和基金管理行业具有深入的行业经验。
汤律师此前在方达律师事务所私募基金团队担任资深律师，是私募投资基金和资产管理领域的专家，为国内外众多知名基金客户及资产管理公司提供全方位的法律服务。汤律师还曾在中伦律师事务所私募基金团队执业多年。
邹律师此前担任通力律师事务所顾问，专注于资产管理、投资基金等领域，为数百只公募基金公司及基金子公司资管产品、私募基金、券商资管产品、保险资管产品、银行理财产品等各类资管产品提供法律服务，并为基金管理人、托管人及服务机构提供常年或专项法律服务。邹律师工作过的过往律所还包括瀚一律师事务所。
这是竞天公诚今年的第三次重要招聘。此前，竞天公诚分别于今年2月和6月迎来多位合伙人加盟其广州分所。
Jingtian adds corporate partners from Dentons, KWM, Fangda, Llinks
Jingtian & Gongcheng has boosted its corporate practice after hiring Li Li and Nan Tiejian as partners in Beijing, and Tang Xue and Zou Ye as partners in Shanghai.
Li was a partner at Dentons prior to joining Jingtian. His main practice areas include blockchain and intelligent contracts, securitization and structured finance, cross-border investment and M&A, real estate. He has assisted financial institutions with equity investment, structured financing and asset securitization projects. He has also represented state-owned enterprises in international investment and M&A negotiations. Previously, he worked for Anli Partners and Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Nan, who previously worked at King & Wood Mallesons, specializes in capital markets. His expertise includes the establishment of corporate risk prevention and control system, the handling and resolution of transnational commercial disputes and criminal cases. He has experience in areas of commodities, healthcare and fund management.
Tang joins Jingtian from Fangda Partners, where she was a senior lawyer in the private equity team. Her past firms also include Zhong Lun. Tang is an expert in private equity and asset management, providing legal services for domestic and foreign asset management companies and fund clients.
Zou was a consultant at Llinks Law Offices prior to joining Jingtian. He focuses on asset management and investment funds, and his He provides legal service for all asset management products and services of hundreds of fund companies and their subsidiaries. His past work experiences also include working in Han Yi Law Offices.
This is the batch of hires for Jingtian this year. In February and June, it welcomed partners to its Guangzhou office.
