竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来陈莹、林甘霖、赵勇以合伙人身份分别加入其广州、上海、杭州办公室。

陈律师拥有超过20年的执业经验，专注于境外证券发行、兼并与收购、外商投资。加入竞天公诚前，陈律师曾在恒益律师事务所工作。

林律师具有近17年的法律执业经验，主要执业领域包括公司治理及合规、股权投资、收购兼并及重组、资产处置、外商投资企业投融资、争议解决等。加入竞天公诚前，林律师曾在锦天城律师事务所工作。

赵律师的主要执业领域为投融资、证券、合规及跨境业务，专注半导体、先进制造、人工智能、新能源、生物科技等行业。加入竞天公诚前，赵律师曾在德恒律师事务所工作。

竞天公诚在一份新闻稿中表示，三位合伙人的加盟将进一步拓宽竞天公诚在不同地区的法律服务市场，加强各业务领域的综合服务能力。

这是竞天公诚今年引入的第七批合伙人级别律师。

Three new partners joins Jingtian & Gongcheng 

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently welcomed three new partners to its Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Hangzhou offices. Carine Chen, Kelly Lin and Zhao Yong bring extensive experience and expertise to the firm.

Chen has over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, specialising in capital markets, investment, M&A, foreign direct investment, and compliance. Before joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, she worked at GFE Law Office.

Lin has almost 17 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance, equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, asset disposal, investment and financing of foreign-invested enterprises, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, she was with AllBright Law Offices.

Zhao's areas of expertise include investment and financing, securities, compliance, and cross-border business. He focuses on industries such as semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, new energy, and biotechnology. He previously worked at DeHeng Law Offices.

Jingtian & Gongcheng stated in a press release that the addition of these three partners will expand the firm's legal service market in different regions and strengthen its comprehensive service capacity in various business areas.

This is the seventh batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
