竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来知识产权专家蒋利玮律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前，蒋律师曾在北京市联德律师事务所担任高级合伙人，并曾在北京知识产权法院担任法官。

蒋律师的主要业务领域包括与知识产权、反不正当竞争、反垄断相关的诉讼、仲裁与合规。他曾代理多家公司处理专利诉讼、反垄断调查、反不正当竞争等案件，涉及互联网、航运、生物医药等行业。

这是竞天公诚继8月初迎来马隽宁、金田、张龙三位合伙人后的最新一起合伙人级别横向招聘。

Jingtian adds IP partner in Shanghai

Jingtian & Gongcheng has hired intellectual property expert Jiang Liwei as a partner in its Shanghai office from LexField Law Offices, where Jiang was a senior partner. He had also worked in Beijing Intellectual Property Court as a judge.

Jiang’s practice areas include intellectual property, anti-unfair competition, and anti-trust. He has represented a number of companies in cases involving patent litigation, anti-trust investigation and anti-unfair competition, involving industries like Internet, shipping and healthcare.

This is Jingtian’s latest partner-level hire since the joining of partners Ma Juanning, Jin Tian and Zhang Long earlier in August.
