竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来金融监管调查和诉讼业务合伙人陈国豪律师加盟其香港办公室。陈律师同时将担任竞天公诚香港办公室金融监管业务负责人。此前，陈律师在高伟绅律师事务所担任合伙人，并曾在香港证监会任职14年。

陈律师金融监管、证券合规、证券诉讼等领域具有丰富经验，曾多次代表持牌券商、上市公司及其董事成功处理香港交易所问询和香港证监会调查。

竞天公诚香港分所设立于2015年，是竞天公诚的第一个境外分所。2018年，竞天公诚香港分所与罗陈律师事务所展开联营，并于2019年合并。此次陈律师的加盟是竞天公诚香港办公室在今年的第一项重要招聘。

Jingtian strengthens HK arm by nabbing finance regulation expert from CC

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently hired Jimmy Chan as a partner leading its Hong Kong office’s finance regulation practice from Clifford Chance. He had also worked at Securities & Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong for 14 years.

Chan has expertise in financial regulation, securities compliance and litigation. He has represented licensed securities and listed companies in dealing with Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s inquiries and SFC’s investigation.

Established in 2015, Jingtian’s Hong Kong office is their first overseas branch. In 2018, the Hong Kong office started joint operation with local law firm L&C Legal, which was later merged by the branch in 2019. The joining of Chan is Jingtian’s first important hiring in Hong Kong in 2021.
